DescriptionA small, unpainted cast metal head and shoulders bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt in a gray tone. He is shown wearing a suit jacket, shirt, and tie. Inscribed on the front of the base is FDR's name: F.D. ROOSEVELT. The maker's information is inscribed on the reverse: © by S.M. 1934 Colby.
Label TextFranklin Roosevelt loomed large in American popular culture. Elected to four terms as America’s president, he became a familiar presence on the radio and in newspapers, magazines, and newsreels. Inevitably, his well-known likeness appeared on products like this small bust.
