The staff of the flag pierces the image of a Nazi Swastika on the ground below the soldier. A union bug is located at the bottom center.

When opened, text along the top and bottom of the brochure reads: VOTE STRAIGHT DEMOCRATIC AND CONFIRM YOU FAITH IN AMERICA! On the left half is a black and white photographic image of FDR. The brochure goes on to describe the accomplishments of the current administration.
