DescriptionAn unused matchbook with a cover design by Franklin Roosevelt. The cover of the blue matchbook features a simple line illustration in gold of a sailboat formed out of the initials FDR. The matchbook contains 20 matches.
Label TextRoosevelt personally designed a sailboat logo that he reproduced on his matchbook covers. The design employed his initials to form the upper portion of the boat. FDR gave these matchbooks to family and friends.
