Descriptiona) A small, fully rigged brig inside a half-gallon glass jug with a cork at the end wrapped in aluminum foil. The two-masted ship, with sails unfurled, has a white painted hull with red and black trim. The ship sits atop an imitation sea made of painted plaster. The initials "FDR" are located on the stern of the model; the letters "FSAIA" on the two oars; and the letters "TNMK" on the ship's rudder. On the side of jug is the lettering: "ONE HALF GALLON. A maker's mark is on the bottom. An adhesive sticker on the underside of the jug has a handwritten ink note: B-29-19-G.

b) A simple one-piece wooden stand that supports the jug.
