FDR's portrait on the right consists of his pince-nez glasses, mouth, and chin. Below the portrait is the signature and a handwritten inscription in ink by the artist that reads: Kindest regards to / Bernard Meeks / - Ralph REICHHOLD / Pittsburgh Press.
