Physical DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is of an indoor scene with Fala seated on a cushion by FDR's White House Oval office desk. On the floor around Fala are various dog treats and toys including a miniature fire hydrant topped by Adolf Hitler's head. The artist's signature is in the lower right corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in pencil below the cartoon: "THE PRESIDENT HAS A TENDENCY TO PAMPER ME".
