Physical DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is of an indoor scene with Fala seated next to a large console radio with a model sailboat perched on top. Sound waves are emitting from the radio. On the floor in front of the radio is an edition of the Daily Post newspaper with a headline that reads, "CONVENTION ON IN FULL BLAST." The artist's signature is in the upper left corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in blue below the cartoon: "THEY'VE ALWAYS CALLED CHICAGO 'THE WINDY CITY'".
