Physical DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is an outdoor scene showing Fala and a larger, shaggier dog both seated along a roadway. They are watching a large convertible automobile pass by, driven by a man, and with a gas pump labeled "NO NOX" propped up in the back seat. The dome of the U.S. Capitol is visible in the background. The artist's signature is in the lower right corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is typed on a slip of paper adhered below the cartoon: "THERE GOES SENATOR FILLMORE."
