Physical DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon featuring Franklin D. Roosevelt's Scottish terrier dog, Fala. The cartoon is of an outdoor scene with Fala, who has a fez perched on his head, looking out through the White House fence at a dog on the other side. The artist's signature is in the lower left corner of the cartoon: ALAN FOSTER. The caption is handwritten in pencil below the cartoon: "JUST A LITTLE SOUVENIR WE PICKED UP ON OUR LAST TRIP." The cartoon sheet has several publication notes written in pencil including the number "7230".
