Physical DescriptionAn original black and white cartoon. It depicts a heavy-set man, labeled “FOOD PROFITEER,” wearing a small top hat and a three-piece suit that includes a waistcoat decorated with dollar signs. He is holding a bag of money in each hand. Suspended over the man’s head is a club-shaped pen identified as “FARM ADMINISTRATORS’ WEEKLY PRICE REPORTS.” The caption is written along the bottom of the cartoon: “HEAVY, HEAVY HANGS OVER THEY HEAD.” The artist's signature is in the lower right corner: “Wm H SUMMERS.”
