The necktie was manufactured under the Cheney Brothers company brand, Cheney Cravats, and a label is sewn on the reverse of the necktie: CHENEY / CRAVATS / RESILIENT / CONSTRUCTION. Also sewn to the reverse of the necktie is the retailer's label: KAUFMAN BROS. / CHARLESTON, W. VA.
