Physical DescriptionA color lithograph of a watercolor cartoon depicting caricature images of World War II Allied and Axis leaders. The cartoon features Franklin D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, Adolf Hitler, and Benito Mussolini all seated at a card table and engaged in a game of dominoes. Emperor Hirohito and Joseph Stalin are observing the action from behind the chairs of Hitler and Churchill. The artist's facsimile signature is in the lower right corner: MAS/SAG/UER.

The title of the cartoon is printed centered below the illustration: DOBLE-NUEVE [Double-Nine]. Printed below the image, lower left: ACUARELA DE MASSAGUER. Printed below the image, lower right: COMPANIA LITOGRAFICA DE LA HABANA. An original pencil inscription written by the artist in the lower right of the sheet reads: To the Hon. Franklin Delano Roosevelt, / President of the United States of America, / a sincere friend of Cuba. Very respectfully yours / CONRADO W MASSAGUER Havana 1944.

The print is mounted in a window mat.
