DescriptionA typed one-page memorandum on White House stationery from Franklin D. Roosevelt to his son, Elliott, dated February 10, 1937. The memo is in regard to an American flag and a U.S. Presidential flag that flew during FDR's second inauguration on January 20, 1937 and which FDR was sending to Elliott and his wife, Ruth. The memo is initialed in ink by FDR below his typed initials.

The memo is custom matted, glazed, and framed in a cherry wood frame.
