Physical DescriptionA dark blue necktie on which is a woven pattern consisting of evenly spaced diagonal lines formed from the name "ROOSEVELT" repeated in light blue.

The necktie was manufactured under the Cheney Brothers company brand, Cheney Cravats, and a label is sewn on the reverse of the necktie: CHENEY / CRAVATS / RESILIENT / CONSTRUCTION.
